I love smoothies! One glass of fresh juice and fruit is the best start of the day at summer time. This one is one of my favourite, it contains fresh carrot, orange, apple, beetroot and pear.
Ingredients for 2:
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 small apple
- 1 lime juice
- 1 pear
- 100 ml water
- 500 ml orange juice (freshly pressed)
Peel the fruits and cut into small pieces, put them in a bender and add the liquid as well.
Blend them 1 minutes and the smoothie is ready to drink.
I usually use Thermomix, it is very strong and produce very smooth and plain drink.
